Practice Field location for 7U and 8U

Practice Location Vista Hermosa 6

1. You can only practice on Vista Hermosa 6. This is the upper field.
2. You cannot practice on the lower field or Vista Hermosa 5. This is reserved for the older players. Even if it looks empty. You cannot practice on the lower field. This is for safety. The older kids use a larger ball and kick a lot harder. 
3. Vista Hermosa 6 is subdivided into 4 sub fields labeled 6-1, 6-2, 6-3 and 6-4. (You will be assigned to one of those subfields to practice on). Also, notice that each subfield is broken down to an A-Side or B-Side. See picture below for layout of subfields and A-Side and B-Side.
4. If you don't know which subfield you are practicing on, you will need to contact your coordinator. They will be able to assist.
5. Don't not change from your assigned practice field. Always practice on the field you are assigned to. If you want to change, contact your coordinator and they check the Practice Matrix to see if anyone is already assigned to that location.
6. Practice Field Use: Two teams are assigned to one of the four sub fields (6-1, 6-2, 6-3 or -6-4). There is plenty of space to hold a training session for both teams in one subfield. One team will elect to practice on the A-Side of that subfield and the other team will practice on the B-side Remember to share the space.
   
7. Equipment Use: You are allowed to use the bow nets (goals) and cones that are located in the brown bin on Vista Hermosa 5. After you are done with your practice, make sure you put the cones and nets back into the brown bin. They are the cones and goals that we use for Game Day. If you are the last coach with equipment out, make sure you lock the bin. 
8. If you have questions about the practice location or how it is setup at Vista Hermosa 6, reach out to your coordinator. Remember, two teams can easily hold a training session in one subfield. There is lots of space.
