Setup 7U/8U Game Fields
How to Setup the Small Sided Game Fields for 7U and 8U
The image below show how to setup the small sided game fields at Vista Hermosa 5. The Instructions will be the same for Vista Hermosa 6.
note : we have broken the larger field (Vista Hermosa 5) into four smaller fields : 5-1, 5-2, 5-3 and 5-4. For Vista Hermosa 6, the small sided game fields will be 6-1, 6-2, 6-3 and 6-4. The example below is showing the layout for Vista Hermosa 5. Vista Hermosa 6 will be the same.
the width of each small sided field goes from the Touch line to the outer edge of the Goal Area
the length of the field goes from the goal line to a yellow line that is marked on the field. Due to the sun, the lines are very faint now.
you will use the cones located in the Brown Tool Box by the stairs to mark the out of bound lines. See image below for cone placements. You only need ten cones to mark the one touch line and goal line. Use the exiting white lines for the other touch line and goal line for the small side game field
after the small sided games field are done, you will need to grab two bow nets and set them up at each end of the small sided game fields.
